Mission Statement

A humorous look at our Company and Philosophy
(Gary, sitting behind his computer, slips into deep meditation for over and hour, and then begins to write...)
One might think that the mission of every toy store is to have fun.
Well, it is.
Can I go now? I'm exhausted.

NO WAY! You want to tell people that after years of developing, analyzing, researching, not to mention incredible hours spent laboring in our store that the best you can come up with is that "having fun" is our mission statement - our reason for being!?!

Well, I got to thinking that the things that make a difference in our life are to make people laugh. Our customers, our staff, even our friends! We want to make people laugh in our marketing, our store signage, our correspondence with our customers, and that to me is fun! We want educated staff to help our customers make educated choices, so we spend a lot of time playing games, teaching and training our staff and that for all of us is fun! We travel to huge toy shows around North America to find toys that are wholesome, stimulating and of great quality - and that's fun to do! Over the years we've created and developed a unique toy store that gets involved in the community, and makes customers feel at home when they enter and shop at our store, and that's been a fun process to accomplish! And finally, after all the hard work, seeing smiles on peoples faces and realizing it's from both our customers and our staff, that's FUN beyond compare!
